Systems Documentation: We prepare complete submittals, incorporating equipment and material schedules, wiring and piping diagrams, flow diagrams, written sequences and technical literature. We also offer environmentally friendly electronic documentation.
Integration: Let us help integrate your lighting, security, and CCTV systems into one powerful operator workstation. We can integrate frequency drives, chillers, boilers, power monitoring equipment and most third party control systems that utilize the ASHRAE 135 BACnet protocol.
Monitoring: We can monitor your facility to ensure efficient operation and to notify personnel of alarms. Our remote monitoring of your facility includes checking all current temperatures, review of the alarm and error logs, checking for database faults and ensuring the system is operating correctly and efficiently.
System Verification: We check and document every BAS point, including sequences, to ensure a properly operating building. Our detailed process is an integral component for success in every project we perform. From wiring, point assignment, rotation, and calibration, you can be assured your system is ready for complete operation.
Control Panel Fabrication: NAMI fabricates its own panels, including wiring, programming and testing before the panels are installed in your facility. We follow UL guidelines to ensure each panel is properly wired, segregated, labeled and constructed.
System Design: Our team has over 40 years experience designing control systems ranging from office buildings to complex lab systems. We will assist in initial design concepts, writing specifications and system verification documents.
