Construction includes the onsite management and installation of materials and equipment. Field installations are based on construction document specifications and manufacturers' installation instructions; therefore ensuring that the final product is one that is desired.

Project coordinators are responsible for the overall quality and organization of field installation. A project's hierarchy will vary depending on the projects complexity and size and the expertise and abilities of the field workers assigned to the project. Quality control is required at all company levels.
