Construction Planning

NAMI pre-planning activities include the purchase of materials and equipment, the coordination of other trade work and the organization of our manpower needs for the project. The proper selection and scheduling of manpower is extremely important to the success of every project.

We take our responsibilities for manpower planning very seriously. As such, NAMI maintains monthly and 6 month “look-ahead” manpower loading schedules for all significant project work.

Our approach to project planning and staffing have been key in our ability to complete aggressive construction schedules on time, every time. By starting the construction planning well in advance of actual on-site construction, we are more efficient and more effective, which results in lower HVAC costs for our clients.
